Do you want to nominate a student or staff member for the QPS Spirit and Pride Award?
A student or employee who exemplifies school spirit and pride is:
- Enthusiastic about their school/district
- Outwardly shows spirit and pride in creative ways
- Their spirit and pride are infectious to other staff and student members
- A person of character and concern for people in their community.
Spirit and pride recipients will receive a Blue Devil Spirit & Pride pin to proudly wear at all events where they promote the spirit and pride of their school and QPS!
QPS Spirit and Pride Guidelines
The Quincy Blue Devil Spirit and Pride is an honor given in the name of the superintendent nominated by a QPS staff member through the outlined procedure. The following guidelines must be met for a Spirit and Pride Award nomination to be considered.
- Nominator must be a member of QPS staff. Students, parents and community members who want to nominate someone for the
- Spirit and Pride Award must have a staff member sponsor the nomination and submit through the appropriate channels.
- Each staff member may submit a maximum of one nomination per semester. This is to protect the integrity of the award.
- Once a person has received a Spirit and Pride Award, they will be ineligible to receive another.
- Any nomination that is not submitted via the S&P Google Form will be returned and directed to the appropriate link.
- Nominations will be opened from the first day of school through the second week in April each year to allow for all nominations to be processed
