For curriculum/instruction issues and questions such as how to follow your education packet, please contact your teacher.

For technical issues such as trouble connecting to websites, please read through all of the following items.

• Follow the steps on this page to ensure you are properly connected to the network: https://www.qps.org/departments/technology/technology-tutorials/globalprotect-student/
• If you do not have an available internet connection and/or cannot log in to the laptop from this screen , you will most likely need to connect to the district network to log in successfully.  You can try connecting to the district wifi from any district parking lot.  Flinn, QAVTC, QHS gym, and QJHS parking lot, close to the building, have been tested to work. After a successful login, you can subsequently log in from home.

Support for Teachers

For general tech support needs including hardware(equipment and device) issues, and/or software/connection trouble with Skyward, Office 365 apps such as OneDrive, Email, Teams, etc. please enter a Helpdesk support request via https://helpdesk.qps.org

For curriculum/instruction issues and questions such as access to online textbooks and district managed digital resources,

• First, determine if your question is about a district or building level resource, by referring to this digital resource matrix.
